Eryplast's production process consists of three phases: preparation of the materials, regeneration and compression injection. The preparation of materials phase includes the crushing of recycled materials and selection thereof based on the characteristics required for the finished product and mixing. The regeneration phase ensures the homogeneity of the mix of materials, additives and colourings and guarantees both the resistance and the appearance of the product. The process ends with the injection of the material into the mould: a single injection point and a single-piece model ensuring a very high level of resistance at a price significantly lower than that of assembled pallets.
